Fees

Registration Fee (non refundable)

 B$ 150.00 per student 

This is payable upon initial application to the school. Initial assessment cannot take place until this fee has been paid. Registration does not guarantee a place, but it will entitle a child to a place on an appropriate waiting list in the event that the year group is full.

All ex-students returning to the school are required to repeat the registration process and pay the appropriate registration fee.


Entrance Fee (non refundable)
Entrance Fees are a one time, non refundable fee paid on behalf of a specific student prior to entry to the school. This Entrance Fee remains valid for the duration of enrolment and upon return to the school should the said student re-enrol after an unspecified time.

If a second or subsequent child enters the school within a three-year period of an elder child having left the school they will only be required to pay the pro rata Entrance Fee.

Pre-Kindergarten Entrance Fee (non refundable)

Children on the wait list will get priority entrance if 50% of the entrance fee is paid upon acceptance of this offer. The balance of the entrance fee is payable when the child moves up to Kindergarten and is not refundable. Should you not wish to take up this offer, your child will remain on the waitlist. 50% Entrance fee is payable as follows:

Termly fees must be paid in the first two weeks beginning of each term.

Withdrawal Deposit

  B$ 500.00 per student

The withdrawal deposit is refundable if one (1) term's notice of student withdrawal is given in writing. Refund is dependent upon all school property being returned in acceptable condition and all fees paid. 


Tuition fees

The Tuition Fee from Kindy to Year 10 and Year 12 are billed for 3 terms. 
The Tuition Fee for Year 11 and Year 13 are billed for 2 terms only.


The schedule is as per Table 1, & Table 2,
All payments are to be settled by the due date as stated on the invoice.
Tuition fees include the provision of all stationery and consumable items, with the exception of Years 12 & 13


Tuition fees do not include examination fees for any external examinations
(eg CIE, ICT, IGCSE, 'O' level GCE, IB)

**For Year 11 the annual tuition fees are charged over Term 1 and Term 2 only.

** Non IGCSE students leaving from Y11 in December will be entitled to a refund equivalent to a pro rata refund 

     i.e  $1,750 for Option 1 & $2,000 for Option 2. 

Parents wishing to pay for the whole school year will receive a 5% discount on the Tuition fees. This discount is only applicable if the fees are paid by the end of the second complete week of the First Term only. Please note that payment by credit card for this option will only be entitled to a 2% discount.
