The website shall be understood to include all aspects and services of ISB Alumni website, including but not limited to all products, software and services offered such as the forum, groups, clubs, directories, discussion boards, messaging, social and professional networking, photo and video uploading, commenting, mailing lists, and other applications. 1. USE OF ISB ALUMNI WEBSITE SERVICES The ISB Alumni website services may include, but are not limited to: email services, newsletter subscriptions, donation opportunities, nomination submissions, surveys, social communication areas, event calendars, photo albums, and other message or communication facilities designed to help connect you with resources and to communicate with others. These services include any updates, enhancements, new features, and/or the addition of any new web properties. You agree to use these services only to post, send and receive messages and material that are proper and, when applicable, related to the particular service you are choosing to use. The website may include personal opinions and other expressions of the persons who post entries on a wide range of topics and are not statements of advice, opinion, or information of ISB Alumni. ISB Alumni reserves the right to review materials posted to its website and to remove any materials in its sole discretion. ISB Alumni reserves the right to terminate your access to any or all of the website services at any time, without notice, for any reason whatsoever. ISB Alumni reserves the right at all times to disclose any information as ISB Alumni deems necessary to satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process or governmental request, or to edit, refuse to post or to remove any information or materials, in whole or in part, in ISB Alumni’s sole discretion. PRIVACY AND PROTECTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION The website has password-protected, secure areas which enable alumni and friends to connect with each other. Services included are the Alumni Directory, My Profile for updating and submitting contact and other information, E-mail lists, Message Boards and Chat, and the career network. Your personal information may be used to provide you with information about ISB Alumni activities and for ISB-related activities. The information on this site will not be used for any commercial or philanthropic purpose not directly connected with or approved by ISB. 4. MEMBER ACCOUNT, PASSWORD & PRIVACY In order to become a member and access some features of the website, you will be asked to complete a registration process by providing us with current, complete and accurate information as prompted by the registration form. You may also be asked to choose a username and password. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the accuracy of the information submitted and the confidentiality of your username and password. You must notify ISB Alumni immediately of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account. Although the ISB Alumni will not be liable for your losses caused by any unauthorized use of your account; you may be liable for the losses of ISB Alumni or others due to such unauthorized use.
