ISB Borneo Global Issues Conference Funds Carbon Offset

news_10th1BGIC VIII Opening Ceremony ISB's eighth Borneo Global Issues Conference www.isb.edu.bn/bgic has broken all records with the total number of delegates exceeding 300.
For the first time the carbon footprint of the conference has been carefully calculated and this was undertaken gratis by P-EWI Sdn Bhd a local Safety and Risk Assessment company.

news_13th1HRH Princess Sarah chats with Keynote speaker Kate McAlpineIt has been estimated that the conference will emit 33,000 kgs of CO2 and this will require a minimum of 170 tropical trees to survive for forty years if it is to be neutralised.
